Today, I have published in OKay's RPM repository RPMs for the Enhanced CDR Importer (ECI) for FusionPBX 1.0.1. The ECI is a drop-in replacement for the CDR importer that comes with FusionPBX. It has a plugin architecture allows you to easily export the CDR into third-party software such as Helpdesk, CRM or Bigdata applications.
RPM's are available for Centos 6 and 7. And you can find it if you type yum search fusionpbx-enhanced-cdr-importer.
The ECI requires FusionPBX 4.1 or better.
Since FusionPBX 3.8 it is possible to share dialplans among the tenants. For example, you can put an outbound route with a dialplan that catches all the routing to the PSTN network. Instead of adding that dialplan in all your tenants (which it is a huge work specially if you have many tenants), you can configure only one dialplan and tell FusionPBX it is a shared one.
To make any dialplan a shared, follow these steps:
And you are done. Remember FusionPBX uses caching, so maybe you will need to flush it.
Today, I am really tired. It was a very exhausted day. I have been configuring many clusters to give high availability. This thing of giving support to three clients almost at the same time is very exhausting. However, one coment of them made me the day.
Just your presence alone makes things work better
Maybe some sysadmin fellows will agree that machines fear us. Our only presence makes them to behaive, then we left and all goes down again.
