Not too much to say, but one of the many things I am good at is reducing IT operation costs. I just cut my monthly server bill by 12%. Which I think is very good.
This blog has now a new house in a server powered by CentOS 7 with ISPConfig 3.1 behind. I should say I am very pleased with this new release, I was using 3.0 for a while, but it was missing some cool features such as:
- grey-listing: I was using gld for that (it is written in C with a little very tiny footprint), but now ISPConfig 3.1 supports it out of the box, and you can control this per user.
- let's encrypt certificates: I would do all by CLI, but let's be honest, certbot UI is ugly, so it is very good it is now supported out of the box
If you want to try ISPConfig 3.1 you can use my guide I wrote about how to Install it under CentOS 6 or 7. Also, if you are interested, I can give you consultant services to reduce your operation cost without being harmed on the way, you just need to contact me.
Good luck!
